Also, looks like there's going to be a No Confidence vote on Gonzales in the Senate. That's not exactly in the constitution, I believe the mechanism the founding fathers intended to deal with unqualified if not dangerous appointees was impeachment, but what do I know? The no confidence vote is probably a pointless gesture that's not going to do anything to dislodge Mr. Bush's designated punching bag but it'll still be nice to see the Congress try and do something.
