Late to the Party
Apparently the word is getting out now but I'm going to pimp the link anyhow. Although I don't have much of a stake in the writer's strike United Hollywood has been of incalcuable value. It's a real insight into the strike and the WGA from a groundfloor perspective. While still taking the time to give detailed explanations on the background issues at play. I have to say that I've come increasingly around to the point of the view that I really shouldn't back the corporations here and should, instead, be squarely in the corner of the wordsmiths - took a look around at the opposite side of the coin and some of the union-busting stuff is frightening. So, I wish the writers good luck and fair negotiations.
