Couldn't Have Said it Better Myself

I'm beginning to realize: When wmd speaks, you should listen.

Man, I so need to do a word war with him in next year's NaNo. Because something tells me he's a lot further ahead than I am on this whole “writing” thing. And I think I'm going to listen to him and set some challenges for myself.

Not many people listen when I talk. At least someone pays attention though.

I say a lot of useless things, trust me, but every now and again I come up with something good.

I am starting to look foward to next years NaNo... I better start preparing now for the word war(s).

Almost forgot... I am still exploring this writing thing. We will have to learn from each other!

My eyes are open and wisdom is all around me. I have but to see it and recognize it for what it is.

Most people, after all, say a lot of useless things. What you listen for is the brief time when they don't. It's that one gem in a mountain of rubble that will pay off. People who say a lot have a much greater chance to have something interesting pop out of their mouths simply because they open them more often. That would be why I'm trying to learn how to write better, anyway.

But, well, I've got a lot of rubble to clear out of the way before I get to any gemstones. So, yeah, I think exploring and learning together sounds like a good deal.
