Looks like somebody finally took the sucker's bet in the latest administration game of three card monty.

Anyhow, I see the silly Brits have gone with the "ts" spelling but I believe the more common, freedom loving, American version begins "cz". A brief glance at Drug Czars and Intelligence Czars and other despots past seems to bear this out.

That settled, my only question: Why is it that while the Republicans are supposedly the party of small government every time there's a problem their go to move is to add another layer of bureaucratic management?
